How do I get started?
You can call us at (770) 692-1731 or fill out the “schedule a callback” form at the bottom of this page and one of our friendly staff will contact you to schedule a free in-home assessment. After the assessment, our team will put together a personal care plan to be sure the care you need is provided in the way you want it.
Will your agency provide a free consultation prior to beginning services?
YES. We provide a FREE in-home assessment so we can better understand your personal needs. We will schedule a time over the phone for our staff to come to your home or any location of your choice where he/she will assess your needs taking into consideration your physical/health needs, environment, clinical history, etc.
How fast can services be arranged?
This is dependent on the type and varying level of care that you or your loved one needs. But we are able to have services arranged within hours to only a couple days.
How do you select your caregivers?
The highest quality caregivers are employed at Your Choice Home Care. We take into consideration all aspects, including their certifications, background, experience, and personality. We go above and beyond so that we can provide you with a caregiver that meets your unique and specialized needs.
Does your agency perform background checks?
Absolutely. Every employee undergoes a national background check and credentialed before they join our team.
Does your agency provide 24/7 on call service?
Yes, our staff is on call 24/7, 365 days a year.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Currently, we accept Medicaid, private pay, long-term care insurance, and Medicare Advantage Plans.
We also accept VA clients, with resources to offer the veteran as well as spouses of veterans absolutely free home care.
Many long-term care insurance policies will also cover our services. We can assist you with this process if needed.
